This past month I was lucky enough to exhibit my work with Conchi Sanford Curatorial and LGT! Curatorial at Conchi's residence in Fullerton, California. This show offered me a chance to exhibit a brand new series that I have been working on since January. My gratitude goes out to all who helped make this show a success. Conchi Sanford Curatorial Statement: "What I have to offer is a show based in my home in Fullerton, CA. The objective is to have 5 consecutive kamikaze art shows in my home in the month of May. For 5 weeks I am converting my residence into a gallery and curating 13 emerging artists into the space. Each week a new show will go up and two new artists will be unveiled. The final week will be a group show of the previous artists plus a few more. The concept behind “What I have to offer” was spawned from the initial idea of being able to offer more than just myself as an artist and curator, but also offer my home to artists I believe in and offer something more to the public, which then becomes a win - win situation for all involved." Here are some installation, individual, and detail shots of my work from What I have to Offer. I am thrilled to be included in this year's MFA edition of New American Paintings magazine! Along with 39 other great artists, my collage and installation work can be found on pages 44 - 47 of the April-May issue. Check it out on newsstands now! You can find it at Barnes & Noble, or online at amazon.com or at http://www.newamericanpaintings.com/issues/111.
